How do I get my medications?
The physician will call the pharmacy of your choice, you will pick up the medication within 30 min.
There are some pharmacies which overnight the medication to your house if it is not an emergency.
How about blood work, if necessary?
The physician will fax the order to the laboratory of your choice, or laboratory near your home. You can go within 30 min for blood drawn (during lab working hours).
The order is valid for one week.
What do I do if I need X-Ray or Ultrasound?
The physician will fax the order to the radiology center near you, You can go to the center and have the X-ray done within 30 min (during the center working hours).
Could I get reimbursed by my insurance company?
Many insurances will cover full or partially for the telemedicine visit, depends on your plan, for example: Medicare, Medicaid, etc
We will provide you with the copy of your bill and you will present the claim to your insurance company.
